Several initiatives have been taken from different institutions government or non-government to looking on Northern Montenegro business perspectives towards north-south linkages and open markets with the region, Europe and the world. FORS Montenegro as Regional Development Agency in northern Montenegro serves as an intermediary bridge to business, donors, local authorities and civil society, improves business climate and enhance the regional economic development through the implementation of common efforts. |

Closing ceremony of USAID CRDA Program |

Since 2002 CHF International had the pleasure to implement the program ''Community Revitalization through Democratic Action'' (CRDA), in 13 Municipalities of Northern Montenegro, financed by USAID. Together with our partners, governmental institutions, NGO sector, businesses, and donor community, we have accomplished impressive results and have witnessed of major steps in improvement of Northern region. In addition to that we organized closing ceremony in Berane, 18 - 09 - 2008, by visiting projects, and having ceremony in the Cultural Center in Berane. Ceremony hosts were mayors of the Municipalities Berane and Bijelo Polje, USAID, American Embassy in Montenegro, CHF International and all our respective partners, who helped us during implementation and finalization of the CRDA and CRDA - E program. |

Thanks to FORS/CHF Pljevlja Beekeepers established business linkages with Hotel Mediteran, Ulcinj. FORS Montenegro hosted U.S. Ambassador in Montenegro, Roderick W. Moore in Pljevlja Municipality, at the event during business transaction between the President of the Beekeepers Association ‘’Matica’’ Mr. Zoran Zoric and the Manager of the Hotel Mediteran Mr. Jim Costa on July 23. |
