SNV organised a two-day training workshop “Human Resources in NGO Sector” at Hotel “Residence”, Milocer on December 10-11, 2009. The event was held as part of the program "Local Capacity Building for NGOs", which is implemented by SNV in Montenegro. The main goal of the workshop was  - to foster the stable development of human resources departments in selected NGOs, supported by SNV program.

 On behalf of FORS Montenegro, Marija Djikanovic and Marija Krkovic attended the workshop. The workshop was held by ADD Team from Croatia, and the trainer was Mrs. Andreja Tonc.

The following topics were covered during the workshop:

• News from human resources management sector,
• What  best  world’s managers do differently,
• Measurement of human capital,
• Motivation and award system of employees and volunteers,
• Recruitment process of new employees.
