Shkodra, 7.05.2010 - FORS Montenegro representative Emil Kocan attended the Partnership Day organised as a joint initiative of the Europartners Development Center and TACSO Project. Event was organized in Shkodra Municipality and attended by more than 40 CSOs representatives from Montenegro and Albania.

 The scope of activity was to inform the Civil Society Organisations in Montenegro and Albania on different opportunities offered under the European Commission IPA programmes, sharing of ideas regarding the cooperation among NGOs with the final goal of getting engaged in joint activities.

  The specific scope of the event was to also inform the participants on funding opportunities coming from the up-coming Call for Proposal to be launched soon by the European Union in the framework of IPA Albanian – Montenegro 2007 – 2012 cross-border cooperation program.
