Foundation is managed by the board that gets directions from The Counsil of Strategic partners formed from the representatives of thirteen municipalities, governmental ministries and Secretary for development.

In the next period of time there are predictions in strengthening the role of the municipalities and the Counsil of Strategic partners in a decision making process about activities regarding Foundation, and establishment of more solid coordination with governmental resources in charge of further development.

In regard to the municipalities, FORS Montenegro will play the role as a source of information about available resources for local and regional economic development and as a supporter to local partners in preparation and realisation of projects granted. It will also collaborate on the revision of municipalities’ strategic plans created in composite of a project financed by USAID during 2007/8.
