In the City Hotel, Podorica organized by NGOs from Montenegro, citizens' associations, Ozon "Niksic, FORS Montenegro, the Agency of Local Democracy and Green steps and the Dutch NGO Milieukontakt International, was held the National conference, ’’Green Agenda, a local strategy for sustainable development, methodology and results," which presents the activities implemented in the previous two years, how the project  was implemented in three municipalities Niksic, Mojkovac and Ulcinj.

After the opening speeches Aleksandra Perovic, Director of the NGO ’'Ozone ", which was the host of the conference and Daliborka Pejovic, director of the Agency for Environmental Protection, Chris van de Sanden and Andjelija Kovacevic, representatives of the Mileukontakt International, briefed the participants on the Green Agenda process and experiences during the project implementation in the region.
Environmentally Shopping bags were distrubuted to the conference participants with the message '’Let’s Save Montenegro’’. Conclusions of the conference are that local sustainable development must be synchronized with the interests of the entire community and future generations, and that it must have the participation of civil society organizations, economic entities and citizens themselves.
