NGO FORS Montenegro launched the project "Dotakni zivot a ne dno" which was approved by the Commission for allocation of revenue from lottery, through the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Media. Within this project FORS Montenegro conducted a series of activities in six municipalities in northern Montenegro: Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja, Plav and Niksic.

As part of the project activities the lecture was held at the premises of medical school in Berane with the goal to reduce the use of psychoactive substances among children and adolescents in the northern Montenegro.
  One of the activities in this program is speakers program on drug addiction. Presentations are designed to provide the listeners ability to transfer knowledge to their peers. The content of lectures are  tailor made to age, interests and level of knowledge of the trainees. „We are confident that we will in this way tickle their attention and help them to think about the harmful effect of psychoactive substances. The target group of this project are high school students, and all young people who will indirectly benefits of education and campaigns to raise awareness about the necessity and importance of the constant struggle against substance abuse“ – stated from the FORS Montenegro.
